Synopsis:
In this session, we will explore how educators can use Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and ClassPoint to make classes more engaging, interactive, and student-centered. The speaker will share practical examples from her own classroom—showing how she designed activities, formative assessments, and learning experiences using proven educational principles like Outcome-Based Education (OBE), Active Learning, the Book-End Approach, and the How People Learn (HPL) framework.
We will also talk about some of the challenges GenAI brings into the classroom—and how to make it work in your context with simple, meaningful strategies. Whether you’re new to AI or just looking for fresh ideas, this session will offer practical ways to use AI for formative feedback, personalized learning, and preparing students to become creators, connectors, and critical thinkers in the era of the Society 5.0
