The Education Society Malaysia Chapter conducted its hybrid 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 11 January 2025 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, with 18 members present. As of 2024, 14 activities, including STEM initiatives in schools and the Chapter’s financial report, were reported. The AGM 2025 was held at the Kompang Room, Level 1, Mardhiyyah Hotel & Suites, as well as online via Microsoft Teams.
Following the dissolution of the 2024 executive committee, 10 members were elected for the 2025 executive committee, led by Associate Professor Ir. Dr. Norashikin M Thamrin is the chairperson. The accomplishments of the meeting are as follows:
- The 2024 AGM minutes are accepted.
- 14 activities and a financial statement for 2024 were reported.
- Election of 10 executive committee members for 2025 to replace the 2024 ExComm team.
