The 2025 ExComm conducted its 2nd meeting in-person on 16th May 2025, Friday at Bilik Al-Haytham, Level 8, Tower 2 Engineering Tower, University Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Selangor to discuss administrative matters and to update activity plans for 2025. The meeting was also conducted online via Microsoft Teams for the participants who were not able to attend in-person meeting.
In this regard, the ExComm meeting, 2025 Activity Plan covers the following events:
- Technical co-organizer for 4 STEM programs: (i) Bijak AI – How AI Makes Decisions (primary), (ii) Bijak AI – How AI Works (secondary), (iii) YESIST13 STEM Innovation Competition, and (iv) UniMAP STEM Mikrobit program.
- Webinar on “Embracing AI in Classroom” by Director of CEE UTM, March 2025.
- Assist in organizing ASEAN Science Diplomat Assembly 2025, hosted by Malaysia.
- Bimonthly technical Edusoc webinar on relevant topics in education research and teaching & learning. Moreover, the purpose is to promote Chapter activities on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and the all-member WhatsApp chat group.
